4) Do I need to be at home during the service? Preferably yes, or a representative should be available to provide access and check the work before the team finishes.

5) Is this service suitable for very old or damaged glass? Cleaning can be performed, but the results may be limited depending on the existing condition and wear of the glass.

1) On-Site Service: All work is carried out directly at the client’s location.

2) Scheduling: Cleaning will be scheduled based on current appointment availability.

3) Duration: The time required depends on the total area size and specific site conditions.

4) Site Access: The client is required to ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to the cleaning area.

5) Verification: We recommend the client or a representative be present to provide access and to inspect the work immediately upon completion.

We ensure that all cleaning work is carried out with professional care using suitable methods and glass-safe materials. However, please be advised that this service does not guarantee the removal of permanent stains. This includes:

i)  Hard water stains

ii)  Chemical damage

iii)  Glass oxidation

For surfaces affected by these conditions, a separate restoration service is recommended. While cleaning can still be performed on very old or damaged glass, results may be limited depending on the pre-existing condition of the material.
